This document outlines the development of a ubiquitous healthcare monitoring system using integrated sensors to collect real-time physiological data from patients, enabling remote diagnostics and monitoring. The system utilizes wireless body area networks to capture data such as heart rate and SpO2, which is then uploaded to a medical health server for analysis and access by healthcare practitioners. The prototype aims to provide cost-effective, quality healthcare services and facilitate better patient management, especially for the elderly and those in rehabilitation.
