This document provides instructions for creating a new gradebook in the IGPro grading software. It directs the user to click "No and hit continue", choose to "Create a new gradebook", select the option to "Create using class rosters", and navigate through folders with names corresponding to SASI numbers to open the correct file for editing. It also mentions setting display name and password options before saving and exiting the software.

2. Click No and hit continue.

3. Choose Create a new gradebook and
click OK.

4. Click Next.

5. Choose Create using class rosters.
Click Next.

6. Click Next.

7. This will appear. Click the back a folder
icon to get to where we need to be.

8. Double click the IGPData folder.

9. Double click the 048 folder.

10. Double click the folder that is your SASI
number minus 100.

11. Double click the file that appears. It will
correspond to your SASI number minus
100.

12. Be sure your name is correct and it
says the correct school year. Click Next

13. Set how IGPro will display your name and
set a password if you would like. Click
Save.

14. Click No. This happens for everyone.

16. From the pull down menu be sure to choose
the H: drive and then name and save your
gradebook.
