Yet we create programs that fail to address the problems. We are looking for solutions not answer.

This is what we have created in an effort to rake in money under the auspices of motivating students to excel.

Restructure the current campus culture – Campuses are currently structured for what has been referred to as the non-traditional student, meaning the students are older , usually have a family, may be employed, and generally regard these institutions as nothing more than a means to an end. There is no interest in socially identifying with the Institution beyond the training they receive.
