- Restructure the current campus culture – Campuses are currently structured for what has been referred to as the non-traditional student, meaning the students are older , usually have a family, may be employed, and generally regard these institutions as nothing more than a means to an end. There is no interest in socially identifying with the Institution beyond the training they receive.
