Jammu & Kashmir Bank (J&K Bank) is one of the oldest
private sector Bank In India, incorporated in 1938.
Bank is listed on the BSE and NSE.
It has its Corporate Headquarters at Srinagar.
Bank functions as a leading bank in the UT of Jammu &
Kashmir and Ladakh and is designated by Reserve Bank of
India.
The bank also offers a wide range of retail credit products,

11. ACCELERATING DIGITAL DELIVERY
More than 1.3 Million cutomers are using
M-pay Delight app.
• About 83K and 38L Credit and Debit card users
with an average spend of Rs.41K on credit
cards.
About 60% of the total transactions are
carried through digital channels.
• About 89% of CASA Accounts are opened
through Central Processing Centers.
12. LEARNING
I learnt about the various digital product and services
offered by the BANK.
I got to know about the M-PAY delight and helped
customer in installing and using the app.
Got to know about the Saving account opening process.
I was told to do KYC i.e calls to customers.
I also did Market Survey which was related to the
awareness of people about Digital Banking.
During my internship, I got to know about the Time
Management, Punctuality, Team Work.

18. CONCLUSION
During the duration of my summer internship at J&K
Bank , I learnt about various digital products and
services that bank is offering to its customers. For them,
the customer’s satisfaction is utmost important.
From the survey done by me, I came across different
section of people.
Majority among them have their accounts in J&K Bank
and were aware about digital banking.
Only few people were using m-Pay Delight app as well
as FASTag as a medium for digital payment.
So I suggest that proper awareness should be given
about digital banking with the help of sms, social media
platforms, marketing.
Training customers about how to use digital banking
and its benefits.
