This document announces the Third Annual University of Toronto/OISE – IEN Mental Health Conference on May 30, 2013 at the Native Canadian Centre of Toronto. The full-day conference will feature 5 keynote speakers discussing issues related to Indigenous mental health and healing in psychology. Attendees will also participate in cultural dance and activity workshops, view research posters, and enjoy a catered traditional Indigenous lunch. The conference is open to practitioners, researchers, and policy makers interested in enhancing their knowledge of Indigenous mental health.

This full day symposium will cover issues related to Indigenous mental health and healing
in the practice of psychology. It is for practitioners, researchers, and policy makers of all
disciplines of applied mental health interested in enhancing their knowledge and skills,
exchanging perspectives, and exploring new ideas.
