- 4. Upon completion of a master degree, I plan to gain employment as a Social Media Manager for a startup company in the food industry. The greatest challenge I foresee occurring will be adapting to the constant changes in technology and digital Media. For example, new Apple and Android phones will change the way people interact on social media. Also, major platforms such as Google, Facebook, and YouTube may suddenly update their algorithm. Such changes could in turn effect the social media protocol of many companies. As a Social Media Manager, I will embrace these changes while maximizing their full potential. The most efficient way to accomplish this in the short, medium, and long term will be through education. It will be important to maintain an educated position on new products, practices, applications, and much more. I will tackle this challenge with an entrepreneurial mentality and a willingness to learn.
