1. Who is Sebastián Rodríguez Marroquín?
Hello, let me introduce myself: I am Sebastián Rodríguez.
I am from Colombia, I am 28 years old. Spanish is my
native language, but I also speak French, English, and basic German. I
have a B.B.A. from Los Andes University. Even though I graduated in
2015, I have worked long before my graduation.
This is Adriana, myfiancée. We are getting married on December 29th,
2018. She is the love of my life and my best friend. She is a lawyer.
We have a dog named Susto. He is an English shepperd.
He has a great personality, and indeed he treats us as if we were his
sheep.

2. Family is a very important valueto me.
They havebeen my biggest support throughout my
whole life.
We work greatly as a team, from them I have learned
the importanceof workteam. I conceive family as the
foundation of society,
there is where we get most of our values.
The core values we have set for our team are:
loyalty, respect, responsibility,
discipline, faith, love and hard work.

3. Culture and sports are some of my biggest
passions

- I like consider myself a foodie. I like to explore a country´s culture through its

4. As I told you before, I graduated from Los Andes University Business School in
2015. My favouritesubjects were Marketing, Market Research, Consummer
Behaviour and International Business.
I have worked all my life. In school, I used to sell candies, at 18 I worked in a
plastic pipe manufacturing company, and later on I worked in a cement
manufacturing company. But it was until I graduated college that the real fun
began. I founded two start-ups:
Delavega is born to help
the traffic and mobility
of Bogotá D.C.
Epidauro is a credit and factoring company
that serves small business to get a better
cash flow.

5. The mission that has been in my heart since I began to work is
captured by my personal statement: “the better you get to
know and understand the consummer, the better you can see
his drives and motivations, you can offer better and more
accurate solutions to his needs.” It is all about improving
