PROBLEM STATEMENT - CASIMIRO
Casimiro is a
creative peruvian
freelance industrial
designer passionate
about social-design
and in making
teams work at their
full potential
develop a
connection with
institutions that
work in the social
field
needs a
way to..
public/private
institutions,
teachers and the
university haven’t
discovered yet his
career’s potential.
because
Invite
institutions to a
labor fair inside
university.
HOW MIGHT WE..
develop a connection
between institutions
working in the social field
and students?
Make a job
market
platform for
students and
institutions.
Institutions
organize contests
between students
around social
challenges that the
institutions could
implement and hire
the winner.
The winners
can gain an
intership in the
institution.
Many
institutions
could make a
contest around
many social
challenges.
Institutions
could finance
social field
work for
students.
Create a dating-
platform style
so students and
social
institutions can
meet.
Institutions
make an
exposition about
what kind of
help they need
in university.
A website where
students can
narrow their
search for
jobs/interships
acording to their
interests.
Institutions post
in the website
what work needs
to be done, skills
needed and if
payment is
offered.
University pays for
social fiedlwork
for students to go
and tackle a social
challenge defined
by a social
institution. The students
with the best
works gets an
intership in the
institution.
Organize
students visits
to institutions.
Organize a journey
around the country
for students to gain
experiencia from
the field and to get
to know social
instituions working
in the territories.
Create an intership
rotation programm so
students can get to
work a few months for
different institutions
that tackle different
challenges to see what
they like the most.
It could be
something like the
last year of the
doctor’s rotation
cycles with some
guidance but they
get to see a
panorama of
options .
Since we have
many different
territories
(amazon, andes,
coast), the
rotation could be
in the different
regions.
This intership
program would give
students the
experience they
need to engagewith
social institutions
and put them in
their maps.
Anual award for
the most
creative
proposals made
by students to
tackle a social
problem.
Social institutions
could be forced to
receive once a year
for at least a month
a student from
different careers to
experience their
potential even if
they don’t see it.
MOST PRACTICAL MOST DISRUPTIVE FAVORITE IDEA
Create an intership
rotation programm so
students can get to work a
few months for different
institutions that tackle
different social challenges
to see what they like the
most and where they feel
they fit better.
Organize a journey around
the country for students
to gain experiencia from
the field and to get to
know social instituions
working in the territories.
Institutions organize
contests between
students around social
challenges that the
institutions could
implement and hire the
winner.
