Editor's Notes
Personal Computers, Mobile Phones, Internet, Medical Scanner, Television, Credit Cards, CD and DVD, Car Electronics, Satellites, and Lasers. Some of gadgets in this list are using inside or outside of home. Some aren't gadgets but a part of gadgets to work. PC is a home gadget where you can play, do assignments and some stuffs along with the internet. Internet is a international network which provides high connections along with satellites. Credit Cards, CD's and DVD's are things for a gadget to work. Lasers, the term laser originated as an acronym for Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation. Theodore Maiman made the first laser operate on 16 May 1960 at the Hughes Research Laboratory in California, by shining a high-power flash lamp on a ruby rod with silver-coated surfaces.
Lasers are used in optical disk drives, laser printers, barcode scanners, DNA sequencing instruments, fiber-optic, semiconducting chip manufacturing (photolithography), and free-space optical communication, laser surgery and skin treatments, cutting and welding materials, military and law enforcement devices for marking targets and measuring range and speed, and in laser lighting displays for entertainment. They have been used for car headlamps on luxury cars, by using a blue laser and a phosphor to produce highly directional white light.
Digital divide is a term that refers to the gap between demographics and regions that have access to modern information and communications technology, and those that don't or have restricted access. This technology can include the telephone, television, personal computers and the Internet.
Programmers, ICT Teachers, Web Designers, Network Managers, and Database Administrators. This are examples of works made by Information Technology for IT Graduates. Programmers, sometimes called as the psycho geniuses because of their high understanding, proficiency in learning and whats next of course their logical thinking. Some of them are expectedly web designers or a software application developer. ICT Teachers, are the IT graduates but chose to teach and pass their learnings with their successors. Network Managers, they're the masters of networking, not the business type but a networking of cables, router to the internet and more. And Lastly, Database Administrators are the creators, admins and the one who guards the data from the database, their work is to keep the data safe and unreadable by someone. I must say that they're the human anti hackers.
Teleworking, is one of the useful technic working at home. Some of programmers are using this technic.
Online Classes are also classified as Teleworking activities.
Financial World, including ATM(Automated Teller Machine), Credit Cards and Debit Cards are used to a large finance community.
Electronic commerce or ecommerce is a term for any type of business, or commercial transaction, that involves the transfer of information across the Internet. It covers a range of different types of businesses, from consumer based retail sites, through auction or music sites, to business exchanges trading goods and services between corporations. It is currently one of the most important aspects of the Internet to emerge.
