• It is a measure of how an organization delivers its services compared to the expectations of its
customers. Regardless of the industry, service quality can have a direct impact on
your company's ability to satisfy customer needs while remaining competitive.
• The quality of customer service is the key differentiator between good,bad and indifferent
companies.Good quality customer service keeps customer coming back,bad customer service
drives customers away.

• ICICI Bank introduces a range of new digital facilities on its online outward remittances
platform, ‘Money2World’. The facility enables users, including those who do not have an
account with the Bank, to send money abroad in a seamless manner.
• Customers of other banks can complete their KYC process via video conferencing to register
themselves on ICICI Bank Money2World – an industry-first initiative, and start sending money
abroad in a swift and seamless manner.
• ICICI Bank launches an array of new facilities on its online outward remittances platform -
‘Money2World’. The platform provides improved convenience for users to send money
overseas, including those who do not have accounts with the Bank
• Pockets app by ICICI Bank enables users to transfer money, pay at merchant sites, scan QR to
pay, and more using their wallet balance, instead of savings account.
