They recommended improved coordination between agencies, strengthening capacity of vulnerable communities, knowledge sharing, and mainstreaming environmental issues. - The workgroups recommended ensuring accurate climate data, forecasting, coordination, awareness raising, and sustainable solutions. They also suggested the I-CCAN membership be representative and connect donors to local initiatives. - Over its first week, the I-CCAN portal gained over 100 members and saw heavy sharing of content. The inaugural session launch emphasized engaging youth and bridging the gap between policymakers and organizations working on climate change.

3. Session 1- Reasons & its impacts- Policy Formulation – Key findings Major concerns of Pakistan: Intense rain, long periods of dry weather. Floods, and droughts The rise of sea level. Saline water intruded as far as 80 km into the coastline. Agriculture affected due to water problems -Agriculture productivity will go down. 8-10% in wheat Heath effects, soil erosion. Deforestation. Worst hit will be the poor who lack the resilience to counter the adverse effects of climate change.
