ICC International Court of Arbitration is one the most authoritative global commercial arbitration
dispute resolution institution. The Court's major task is an organization and administration of
arbitration cases that evolve out of trade deals and having international character. The Court also
administers disputes of non-international character subject to the availability between conflicting
parties of an arbitrary agreement.
The Court's task is also to apply effective ICC Arbitrary Rules by the parties and to render them
assistance in overcoming obstacles during arbitrary consideration, while the final case award is
compulsory for the arbitrators.
The Court carries out permanent monitoring of the changes in arbitral practice globally and
adapts its methods of work to the needs of the parties and an arbitrator. The ICC Court edits
twice a year its own bulletin on burning issues of international commercial arbitration.
