This document outlines the agenda for the ICAO-COPAC International Safety Seminar on "Safety Information: The Cooperation between Aviation and Judicial Authorities" held in Madrid, Spain on March 24-25, 2011. The seminar consisted of 6 panels that discussed regulatory requirements for safety management, the need to protect safety information, challenges in accident investigations, protecting information from safety management systems and accident investigations, legislative initiatives from countries regarding safety information, and closing remarks. It aimed to promote cooperation between the aviation and judicial authorities on safety issues.
