- Data Lead 2014 - ongoing - Managing a small technical team that deals with managing client data across
multiple software products, implementation of new projects (software, hardware and data), software
testing and customer training. As well as working closely with several development teams to resolve
current issues and improve current software solutions.
- Implementation specialist 2012-2014 - Managing all implementation tasks for multiple projects, detailing
hardware specifications, software installation, data management, customer training. As well as providing
support for existing long term contracts in the form of data management, problem resolution and
managing software development alongside the internal development team.
- Data Administrator 2010 – 2012 - Maintaining and updating data on all client sites to ensure that they
are up to date and correct. Resolving and client issues on site covering data, software, network and
hardware issues. Working closely with the development team to resolve any issues with the current
system. In addition working with them to develop new software or improvements to current software in
order to provide our clients with a better experience. Developing the company's new reporting package
using Crystal reports. Designing, building and testing of reports. Managing our field service engineers to
ensure client on site issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Assistant Project Manager 2007 – 2010 - Managing a number of project at any one time, ensuring that
all were finished on time and to cost. Organising a number field service engineers to ensure that all
systems were kept running and addressing any issues that arose on site.
Organising site installations of both hardware and software solutions, mai ntaining software upgrades
and addressing client issues. Working closely with our development team to ensure all issues were
addressed and resolved, and that all these resolutions were passed on to the clients
