This document describes iTRAQ-based proteomics analysis for biomarker discovery. It highlights the advantages of the iTRAQ technique including its high sensitivity and ability to detect post-translational modifications through an untargeted approach. Bioinformatic analysis includes functional annotation, enrichment analysis, clustering, network analysis and statistics. The service offered provides relative protein quantification in complex mixtures using iTRAQ labeling and mass spectrometry that is well-suited for comparing normal, diseased and drug-treated samples.
