Job Title: Hyperion Planning Techno Functional Consultant
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Ethiopia, ADDIS ABABA
Hyperion Planning Techno Functional Consultant will be part of project delivery and
responsible for the following activities:
 Driving requirements gathering and elicitation for Enterprise Planning and
Reporting needs.
 Assisting in preparation of Functional Specifications Document.
 Driving technical design of the Enterprise Planning and Reporting solution.
 Coordinating and driving discussions with customer teams for design sign-
off.
 Mentoring and supporting Tech Mahindra development team through the
implementation phase of the project.
 Reviewing Training Material and driving User Training sessions.
 Driving System Integration Testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing
of the Enterprise Planning and Reporting solution.
 Production deployment and roll out.
 10+ years of Oracle Hyperion experience.
 Hands-on experience with the latest version of Oracle Hyperion - i.e.
11.1.2.4.
 Demonstrated experience in architecting, designing and implementing
Hyperion Planning and Reporting solutions.
 Managed and executed at least 4-5 end-to-end Hyperion Planning and
Reporting implementations covering complete life cycle.
 Sound knowledge of typical Enterprise Planning processes within an
organization.
 Experience in face-to-face interactions and engagement with customers.
 Well versed in oral and written communication. Must be able to articulate
his/her thoughts clearly.

2.  Good documentation and presentation skills. Must be capable of creating
collaterals and presentations.
 Experience with EPMA and/or CA/MBA Finance background will be an added
benefit.

Job Title: Hyperion Planning Admin
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Ethiopia, ADDIS ABABA
Hyperion Planning Admin will be part of project delivery and responsible for the
following activities:
 Assisting in the design of Enterprise Planning and Reporting solution.
 Developing Hyperion Planning application including the Planning model, data
forms, business rules, task lists, process management, custom menus,
application security, MaxL scripts (if necessary), etc.
 Creating financial reports based on the Planning application(s).
 Assisting in the preparation of system documentation (Design document,
Test Cases, etc) and training material.
 Perform Unit Testing and System Integration Testing.
 Support User Acceptance Testing.
 Support the Enterprise Planning and Reporting solution post go-live.
 Minimum 4-5 yrs of overall experience including 2-3 yrs of Planning
experience and at least 2 Hyperion Planning implementations.
 Preferably worked with the latest version of Oracle Hyperion - i.e. 11.1.2.4.
 Should have knowledge around basic performance optimization techniques.
 Well versed in writing efficient business rules for functions such as driver-
based calculations, data copy, allocations, etc.
 Experience in developing medium to complex financial reports using HFR.
 Must have reasonable experience in developing MaxL scripts to meet specific
application requirements.
 Good documentation and communication skills.
 Experience with EPMA implementation will be an added benefit.
