11. REFLECTION:
• Again!, these DT-HCD methods
didn’t stop to surprise us! The
IDEATE phase allows us to see
deeply on what is really going
on – It might seemed that the
method change our focus but
what it does actually is
providing a way to enhance our
problem identification.
• The methods also showed that
under pressure our team
gaining precious insights and
become more creative and
innovative in our thinking and
action.
