1. As our country is a developing nation and it has
set its mission to be digitalized in every arena, the
organization also has started to use technology in
their activities.
2. E-recruitment is a mode for selecting one of the
companies’ Human Resources recruitment via
internet, E-mail, social media etc.

7. LIMITATIONS OF THE REPORT
I had faced some limitations when I was reporting on this. The
limitations are:
Due to organization policy and confidentiality, it is
restricted of using detailed information about the E-
Recruitment process of the Private Organizations.
Due to limited access to everything about the recruitment
process, I didn't get that much chance to witness
everything.
9. Cont…
Qualitative research is more appropriate
than quantitative research because
qualitative research is used to achieve
an understanding of underlying reasons,
opinions and motivations.
These sources of data and information are
used to make this report effectively but
it’s a purely qualitative research.
10. REVIEW OF LITERATURE
Dec Enzo and Robbins had said-
“Recruitment is the process of discovering
reliable candidates for actual or anticipated
organizational vacancies.
Or from another perspective, it is a linking
activity-bringing collectively these with jobs
to fill and these searching for jobs” (Dec
Enzo, 1998).
11. SCENARIO IN BANGLADESH
● The 78% of respondents think that E-
Recruitment method can be most popular
recruiting method.
● Holm (2010) indicated, E-Recruitment
can lead to a more effective recruitment
procedure, because recruiters are able to
perform their recruitment tasks more
efficiently and have a noticeable effect on
the overall recruitment process.

15. RECOMMENDATIONS
The managers of private companies should
continue to use both traditional & modern
methods at a time as long as the society
becomes fully digitalized.
The loopholes could be covered by using
traditional methods which identified
through the data collection process.
The management also should train the
recruiters adequately for building an
effective system for online recruitment
system in these organizations.
16. CONCLUSION
In this study, it was found that the use of the Internet for job seeking is
influenced positively. So there is no doubt that the number of Internet users in
Bangladesh is increasing.
The Internet has had a good impact on the way companies recruiting
employees and the expenses and trustworthiness of the E-Recruitment was in a
satisfactory level.
