make out the advantages of the oil
on a longer run. I use extra virgin olive oil
for my salads, bruschetta, pasta etc...wasnt
too sure if I could put Canola oil in there! since
the oil isnt cooked!... but for north Indian and
south Indian dishes, I did use canola oil and had
no complaints. So yes, I need to read about
Canola oil a little more! I plan to try few
recipes you sent as soon as my foot is
