PHASE II: RIGHT-OF-WAY, NEGOTIATIONS, LEASE ACQUISITIONS, AND PERMITTING

permits and clearance you need to take a pipeline plan off the drawing board and into the field.

PHASE III: CONSTRUCTION
Construction support designed to enhance productivity and efficiency. Our team of land professionals have the
skills to be proactively involved during the construction phase of a pipeline project. We provide you with hands-on,
responsive support to get the job done. From arranging temporary construction easements to acquiring
roadway access, we ensure construction of the pipeline is completed without any major setbacks. We also

2. maintain vigilant community outreach with landowners and stakeholders to ensure their needs are being met
throughout the lifespan of a project.
PHASE IV: ONGOING SUPPORT
The responsibilities of a land-team do not end after the project has been completed. We don’t leave our clients
stranded. Our post construction support includes; pipeline maintenance & integrity dig management, site
maintenance, line replacement and reclamation support, damage settlements support, and other services, all
designed to respond to the long-term needs of a pipeline and its operator.
OUTLINE OF SERVICES
PRE-CONSTRUCTION:
• Involved in the preparation process, attending pipeline kick-off meetings to ensure the integrity of the project
plan.
• Support construction crew and pipeline inspectors in preparatory efforts.
• Acquire permits, fees and easements from local, state and federal agencies.
• Professional and tactful easement negotiations.
DURING-CONSTRUCTION:
• Maintain regular communication with inspectors and construction workers.

• Provide continuous support to clients, keeping them up-to-date with all developments in the project plan.
• Represent best interests of clients and their investors in engagements with public, organizations, and
government bodies.
