benefits of using hrms in uponly.Open the uponly application
1 )Open the uponly Technologies app from your mobile device, You
will see the homepage for multiple service options
Click on the hrms icon which is the fourth button on footer

You can check the attendance of yourself and the smart feature
of it is shows the holidays listed as national or the office holidays
Also we can apply od (on duty) if we are late or forget to mark
attendance

• You can check how much money you've spent on company for
external misc works like xerox and later you can reimburse from the
company
• And your manager can see all employees expense and they can
approve or decline from here

The tasks from seniors or bosses are provided here, you can check
on the task in this menu and even you can update the task for this
menu

Problem
The problem lies with employees who take breaks
more often and long breaks, which break the
rhythm and workflow, and become monotonous for
some employees to work. Which brings down the
productivity level of the employees.

We will integrate your biometric attendance system with our
Application, So to take the break the employees need to punch
in and punch out in the biometric system which will recorded in
the system
But the problem arises that biometrics systems are costly, and
to implement and even if man person wants to take a at the
same time so again it would be time consuming
Our geo tagging feature will enable employees to quickly and
easily access the ability to take breaks if they choose. This
feature, along with our sophisticated tracking system on our
backend system, will help us to save a lot of time and money in
the long run.
