mental condition or attitude of
individuals and groups which
determines their willingness to
cooperate.”

labor-turnover, absenteeism, grievances and

Supervision: Competent dependable and fair
minded leadership can build and maintained high
morale. Such leadership can win the confidence of

List of questions is given to employees.
They will tick the right answer to each
question.
Less time consuming and more economical.
Response is likely to be poor.

intangible and subjective concept.
Therefore it cannot be measured directly. If
we want to build a high morale in our
organization as well as our life we should
maintain a good relationship with each and
