 Life will deliver the value and balance
we desire ...when we achieve and enjoy
something every single day...in all the
important areas that make up our lives.
A balanced life is one where we spread our energy and effort - emotional,
intellectual, imaginative, spiritual and physical – between key areas of
importance.
The Mathematician's View
 In the end, the key word is balance.
 Find the right balance that works for you
Celebrate your successes and don’t dwell on
your failures.
 Life is a process .. and so is striving for
balance in your life.
WORK
Relationships Self-Care
1. Practice Good Time Management
 Time management behaviors are very much a matter of
choice. You choose to be efficient or you choose to be
disorganized.
2. Communicate.
 If you won’t be available for certain hours during the day or
weekend because you’re dealing with family issues, let your
manager and colleagues know, and get their full support.
3. Managing your data. :-
 Make sure your company’s Smartphone “remote wipe”
technology does not remove your personal data without your
permission.
4.Set your goals
work-life balance to financial management. Like money,
you’ve got a limited amount of time.
5. Build a Support Network:-
 Ask for help and allow yourself to be helped and contributed
to. Get your children involved--work together as a team.
Recruit friends, family, neighbors, bosses, work colleagues,
etc.
6.Balancing Work and Family Requires
You to Be Flexible:-
 Forgive yourself when things don't get done. Understand that
with children things change at a moment's notice.
7. Establish Limits and Boundaries and
Remember They are Necessary for Balancing
Work and Family:-
 Boundaries are an imaginary line of protection that you
draw around yourself. They are about protecting you
from other people's actions.
8. Enjoy Quality Family Time:-
 Spend quality/focused time with your family. Give them your
full attention. Develop rituals you can all look forward to.
