Le nombre de postes à pourvoir dans notre spécialité a d’ailleurs été une nouvelle fois augmenté (274 postes contre 253 en 2009 et 200 en 2007). Une augmentation à 280 postes d’internes de spécialité pédiatrique est prévue pour 2011.
Contrairement à l'année précédente, nous sommes heureux d'avoir pu observer un regain d'intérêt des futurs internes pour la spécialité pédiatrique (Même avec 21 postes ouverts supllémentaires, le rang maximal de choix de la pédiatrie est plus bas que l'année dernière !). Pour la deuxième année consécutive l'AJP étaiti présente afin d'aiguiller les choix, conseiller lors des dernières hésitations, choix de ville, répondre aux questions pratiques su rle début d'internat, remettre un petit kit pédiatrique, des fiches paratiques su rles maladies métaboliques pédiatriques et aider au regroupement des futurs internes par région mais aussi au niveau national.
