Goes through the steps of downloading and installing TOR, a software to help the user anonymously evade Internet censorship.

1. How TOR Works

2. www.TorProject.org

3. download stable version

4. Run set-up wizard

5. install Tor button on your browser

6. click “finish” with run checked

7. close control panel & restart Firefox

8. You can now use Tor!
