AIESEC : Association Internationale des Étudiants en
Sciences Économiques et Commerciales .
EP : Exchange Participant, a person applying for an exchange
program with AIESEC. In this case, that person would be
YOU !
AIESEC offers 2 types of programs: GCDPs and GIPs

3. GCDP : Global Community
Development Program
• It’s a 6 to 8 weeks program where students are sent
abroad to make a positive impact on the local
community of their choice, by participating in
social projects.
• This program is also a chance to fully experience
different cultures, improve presentation and
communication skills, crisis management, widen
your global mindset and views, expand your
network and other valuable life-long knowledge. 3

4. GCDP : Global Community
Development Program
You can choose whichever countries you want to go to,
whichever projects that you are interested in, while
been assured of the availability of the
accommodation.
It is not only about contributing back to the society
but also the opportunity to see the world from the
eyes of a local, experience a journey of immense
soul searching and discover a greater potential
within you!

5. GIP : Global Internship Programis
Are you tired from getting rejected from local
companies?
Did you ever wondered if you're looking in the wrong
place ?
GuessWhat?!You are right !!! Because you still didn't
try your chances with AIESEC
AIESEC Babez's GIP program is offering you plenty
of paid global internships, of a duration that varies
between 6 and 18 months, within different
companies, in whichever countries you want to go
to. 5

6. PS:
-The participants need to have at least 18 years old
and under 30!
-The Exchange participant need to pay the fly ticket
and visa fees for both GCDP or GIP.
-The accomodation is provided by the host entity for
the most of GCDPs.

Volunteering Experiences = GCDPs Internship Opportunities = GIPs
once you choose an option (GCDP or GIP) you won’t be able to see the other one, so make
sure you really understand what kind of experiences you want to go to. Return to page 2 for
more information about the GCDP and GIP.

13. • The fees of registrations for the programs are :
6 000 DA for a GCDP (Volunteering Experience)
12 000 DA for a GIP (Professional Internship)
The EP needs to pay them before going to the project.
