3. Fill out an application form on this link,
Once IIHT receives the application, the application is reviewed by
IIHT’s Franchise Selection Committee(IFSC) and validated based on
various parameters
Post Validation IIHT will send you an intimation, confirming your
selection, along with which you will also receive the following:
a) Financial feasibility which will elucidate capital expenditure ,
working capital requirements and also projected revenue/ROI for
the first 3 years
b) Franchise Manual which will provide you an understanding on the
IIHT franchise support system
c) Interior Specifications Manual and a Model Layout Design to
provide you a pictorial representation of the IIHT center and also a
Blue Print of various other interior design specifications
d) Business Proposal will provide you an objective understanding on
the value preposition which IIHT has on offer to its prospective
Franchise Partners

4.  Post acknowledgement of receipt of the above mentioned
documents; IIHT will invite you to its Corporate
Headquarters in Bangalore, India
 In the Corporate Headquarters meetings will be held with
the Senior Decision Makers which will also include business
plan presentations, knowledge sharing on various verticals
of IIHT
 The three days extensive exchange of information and
exposure, will help the prospective franchise partner in
gaining an independent perspective on IIHT’s business
model, franchise support system, operations structure,
leadership hierarchy, various internal SBUs and the like
 The three day visit to our Corporate Headquarters will be
concluded with both parties reaching a consensus and
entering IIHT Franchise Agreement.

5. Once you have signed the IIHT Franchise
Agreement you will receive a duly signed
Franchise certificate from IIHT and once you
are done with the initial formalities and would
like to move forward with the Franchise Center
formation, we will provide a detailed
document called the ISOP document which is
the Standard Operational Procedure for IIHT ‘s
Franchise Centers.
You will be guided all along right from the
time you express interest in taking up the
IIHT Franchise till the Franchise Agreement
is signed and executed by the Head of
International Business, Mr. Rafi Ahmed.
We will also depute a Senior Global
Operations Support person at your center
who will be tasked to help you setup center
operations, train the center staff on various
activities, provide assistance in creating,
marketing and business plans. Overall
overseeing center launch and making the
center profitable and successful.
