Statement B Reason that a person nay not be dishonest if they honestly believe the true owner cannot be traced by taking reasonable steps Reason that applying the Ghosh test her actions may be seen as dishonest by the ordinary reasonable person and she may realise that too Reason that she may have been dishonest at the time of the initial appropriation Reason that Aisha can be guilty of theft Conclude that this statement can be accurate or inaccurate
8. Statement C Reason that the £50 has not been abandoned by Ravi as he comes back to look for it Reason that Ravi has merely ‘lost’ the £50 note Reason therefore that is still belongs to Ravi Reason that Aisha can be guilty of theft Conclude that the statement is inaccurate
9. Statement D Reason that she may have been honest when she initially appropriated the £50 but appropriates it later by keeping it Reason that Aisha is dishonest by answering ‘no’ to Ravi’s question Reason that when she answers ‘no’ she is intending to perminently deprive the true owner, Ravi of the £50 note Reason that at this point Aisha is guilty of theft Conclude that the statement is accurate
