This document discusses how to design class objectives using digital tools. It recommends using Bloom's Taxonomy and Bloom's Digital Taxonomy verbs to write learning objectives that combine educational goals and technology. The SAMR model is presented as a framework to help integrate technology in meaningful ways, from substitution to redefinition. Examples are provided to illustrate how to write objectives targeting different levels of Bloom's Taxonomy and applying the SAMR model to select appropriate digital tools. The conclusions emphasize investing time to identify learning needs, choosing tools to go beyond just substitution, and networking with others.
