1.    Fill in your Twitter profile completely, including photo (of you)
2.    Find people to follow. Follow back. Be polite, thank you!
3.    RT, @, DM, # - get up to speed with the lingo
4.    Show up regularly
5.    Don’t get carried away with auto-tweeting; show up in person
6.    Retweet others
7.    But don’t be a lazy retweeter – comment
8.    If you want to be retweeted leave room for a comment
9.    You don’t have to read every tweet in your stream
10.   Share valuable content

1.    Write for you clients: help; don’t sell
2.    Twitter needs a blog
3.    Have something to say – stay on message (most of the time)
