3. Positive and Negative Affects…
• Pros of Staying inside:
• Less chance of getting
hurt or sick.
• It also lessens your
chances of getting skin
cancer.
Cons of Staying inside:
Your face to face
conversations degrade.
You’re socially Inactive.

social skills.

teens did twenty years ago.
But, in today's world, there
is much more to keep them
sitting. Twenty years ago
televisions were beginning
to run non-stop in many

advancements in the world
of cable television and the
internet, there is much
more to keep teens sitting

5. Staying Inside.
• Staying inside everyday can be dangerous and
destructive towards your social life and
general health, but it can also have positive
affects.
6. When you stay inside you tend to be less social,
your social skills slowly degrade and you lack
confidence in face to face conversations. You
also have difficulty in facing real life problems.
7. • Also, when you stay inside your immune
system is affected as well, you have a weaker
immune system because you are not exposed
to the outside world.
8. • When you go outside your overall fitness is
better than it is when staying inside, you’re
more active and your overall reaction times
improve. Your immune system also improves.

outside is your choice, both have a number of
positive and negative affects.
13. • As a teen you should try to experience as
much as you can such as sports or other
activities. You don’t need to constantly be
outside or inside, just live an active lifestyle
and do what makes you happy.
