To be a leader you should know about the teamwork. You should know about
the responsibilities, and you should know about Leadership.

‫نفسك‬ ‫تفرض‬ ‫ال‬‫و‬‫العلم‬ ‫تملك‬ ‫كأنك‬‫و‬‫السابقين‬ ‫مجھود‬ ‫تنكر‬ ‫و‬ ‫المعرفة‬
2- Responsibility:
* Be ready to take the responsibility of your team ‫الفريق‬ ‫مع‬ ‫المسئولية‬ ‫تحمل‬
* Avoid blame (a.k.a. throwing people under the bus) & Provide Constructive Criticism
‫اللوم‬ ‫تجنب‬‫و‬‫البناء‬ ‫النقد‬ ‫قدم‬
* Environment in which people are so afraid to make mistakes that they don't spend
enough time doing the proactive and creative work necessary to avoid future
problems

Build the team with relation.

4- Equal treatment and not to differentiate between members of the team

* don't makes him feel that you control him.

* You are the leader. That does not mean that you have a monopoly on all of the good
ideas.
‫كنت‬ ‫إذا‬‫مسؤل‬‫الجيدة‬ ‫األفكار‬ ‫يملك‬ ‫الذي‬ ‫الوحيد‬ ‫انك‬ ‫يعنى‬ ‫ال‬ ‫فھذا‬ ،‫فريق‬ ‫عن‬
* Do not conclude if you can search about evidence.

8. You are one of the team. You are not important more than them.
