This letter recognizes Eng. Hossam El Dien Mohamed for his work programming, commissioning, and starting up the process control system and energy transfer system for King Abdul-Aziz University's Cooling Utility Plant II. The systems included controlling 5 OM chillers, 14 CYK chillers, 8 pumps, 120 fans, 6 ice storage tanks, using a ControlLogix controller, FactoryTalk View SCADA, Modbus and Ethernet/IP communications. Hossam's management and technical skills were instrumental in achieving full and successful plant operation, as progress had stalled prior to his involvement.
I am doing Pre Commissioning Testing Calibration maintenance overhauling Control board repairing of the HVAC Instruments, Chillers, BMS Up gradation, VRV, VRF, Water Cooled, AHU, Ammonia Chiller , Freon Gas Detectors ppm Analyzers for Saudi Aramco, Sabic, Dr. Salman Hospital, Banderiya Towers project since 12 years in Saudi Arabia having training from USA. Solid command on estimations of VRF and VRV for entire construction projects.
ILS Automation extends the useful life of a bioreactor in the pharmaceutical industry by replacing outdated and worn controls and components. Case study tells how they did it.
Sequencing solution with Logix Batch and Sequence Module (LBSM) & steam table...Brian Thomas
Specialty chemical PlantPAx project utilizing Logix Batch & Sequence Module (LBSM) to increase system efficiency. In addition, project team developed unique simulation methods to reduce the startup and commissioning schedule saving time and money. Additionally discussM Moore APACS conversion to Plant PAX.

1. Letter of Recognition & Appreciation
This is to certify that Eng. Hossam El Dien Mohamed made a remarkable job during
Programming, Commission, and Startup of King Abdul‐Aziz University (KAU) Cooling Utility Plant
(CUP II) Process Control System (PCS) and Energy Transfer System (ETS) which composed of:
CUP II Controlled Plant composed of 5 OM Chillers (including Condenser, Chilled Water
& Glycol Pumps), 14 CYK Chillers (including Condenser & Chilled Water Pumps), 8
Medium Voltage Distribution Pumps (2 Variable & 6 Constant Speeds), Fluid Cooler Fans
(120 Fan), 6 Ice Storage Tanks, and other related items.
ControlLogix (Rockwell Automation) as Programmable Automation Controller of the
Plant (around 2,000 Digital IO & 600 Analog IOs).
FactoryTalk View SE (Rockwell Automation) as SCADA of the Plant.
Modbus RTU Communication with Plant MCCs & Switchgears (around 100).
Ethernet/IP Communication with CUP I Plant & ETS Controllers.
MicroLogix (Rockwell Automation) as ETS Control System.
Hossam’s Management capabilities & technical skills have proven to be a milestone for
achieving plant full and successful operation. Until Hossam became involved with the project
progress was at a standstill and organization of work activities was non‐existent.
