1. Hope Calabroto speak at the CLM 2014 Annual Conference
Ms. Hope Calabro,Attorney, Dinkelspiel, Rasmussen & Mink, PLLC, will be speaking on the
subject, “PREMISES LIABILITY - Trouble in the Neighborhood: Impact of the Trayvon Martin
Case and other exposures on community associations, their insurers and outside counsel.”
Held each spring, the CLM Annual Conference features more than 80 collaborative educational
sessions and keynote presentations designed by industry professionals to help attendees gain
the knowledge they need to be on the forefront of the industry.The 2014 CLM Annual
Conference will be held in Boca Raton, FL from April 9 - 11.
Hope is an attorney with Dinkelspiel, Rasmussen & Mink, PLLC. She concentrates her practice
on civil litigation, representing businesses, employers, insurance companies, and individuals in
a wide range of matters, including workers' compensation defense, general and premises
liability defense, governmental tort liability defense, insurance coverage disputes,
employment litigation, condominium owners association litigation, and general business
litigation. She has also previously practiced in the areas of matrimonial and family law. Hope is
licensed to practice in all State Courts in Tennessee. in the U.S. District Court, Western District
of Tennessee, and in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Hope moved to Nashville, Tennessee, from Oklahoma to attend Vanderbilt University where
she completed her Bachelor's of Arts Degree in 1996. While attending Nashville School of Law,
Hope worked full time as a litigation paralegal and office manager in a personal injury law firm
until she received her Juris Doctorate Degree in 2003. She relocated to Memphis, Tennessee in
2007 as a managing attorney for a mid-size regional insurance defense firm where she opened
a local office and expanded the firm's presence in Shelby County and its surrounding areas,
including Northern Mississippi. Hope joined Dinkelspiel, Rasmussen & Mink, PLLC in April,
2011. She treasures having a great working relationship with her clients, and enjoys educating
and helping them through the litigation process to a successful outcome.
