1) Goggins equips Zoe with an explorer's bag containing supplies like a magnifying glass and pith helmet to prepare for their expedition. 2) Their guide, Mr. Business, leads the group into the jungle to search for wildlife. They spot a rare beetle and bird. 3) Captain John tries to capture the bird but is blinded by its spit, angering him. Goggins sets a snake trap but it is later empty.

1. Honopopo Script 8-15 Mins
Goggins: First of all Zoe is your explorer’s bag that you’ll need to wear, its got
some monkey nuts in case you need to feed the wildlife sometimes if your under
threat, you never know what you might need so I will put that on there, pop your
arm through there.
Goggins: oh, look I got this. This is a, this is a magnifying glass ladies and gentle
man so that you can look at the mini beasts, there you go Zoe. Pop it in the bag,
we’re bound to find all sorts of interesting creatures and finally Zoe, something
that no explorer should be without, a pith helmet, so pop that on you , look at
that, looks like a proper explorer now doesn’t she captain.
Captain John Voyage: She looks like a proper young man, exactly.
Goggins: That’s right.
Captian John Voyage: Right now, who’s gonna lead this expedition.
Goggins: Ah well as fortune would have it, we have a native of the island here sir.
Captian John Voyage: oh
Goggins: So he will lead us right to the middle. Mr business has lived here for his
whole and he’s volunteered to show us the way to the dark heart of the island.
Captian John Voyage: A monkey
Googins: He’s not a monkey sir; he’s a great ape
Captian John Voyage: He doesn’t look that great, what’s so great about him? What
do you thinks great about him Zoe?
Zoe: (improvised) I don’t know
Captian John Voyage: ‘don’t know’. Somebody said he had lovely eyes
Audience: (Improvised) Me
Captian John Voyage: That was you wasn’t it?
Audience: (Improvised) Yeah
Captian John Voyage: Come on then monkey.
Goggins: There we are Mr Business, off we go, you lead the way, Show captain
Voyage and Zoe the way to go. Zoe you go with Mr Business, off you go, follow
him that way, I’m right behind. Captain you can bring up the rear

2. Captian John Voyage: Ah yes very good
Goggins: There we are. Uh, that’s it off we go.
Goggins: Oh
Captian John Voyage: Oh, What this?
Goggins: Mr Business has found something hasn’t he. That’s it Zoe you follow Mr.
Business.
Captian John Voyage: What is it Goggins?

to… I wonder what that is, its probably something quite rare, lets have a look in
my notebook. Err, it says it’s a rare hanopopon beetle sir. A kaleidoscopic beetle,

Captian John Voyage: Erm, must have gone.
Goggins: It does seem to have gone sir. Did you see it?
Captian John Voyage: Nope. Didn’t see a thing. (Yawn)
Goggins: ow well, how strange, never mind lets carry on Mr Business, off we go.

3. over people. Whoa imagine that, so I’m gonna go and explore a little. I’m gonna
leave you now. Listen, careful of the bird, don’t disturb it. If you disturb it it
might react so I’m goona go and see it there’s some chicks in the bush.
Captian John Voyage: Chicks in the bush, I thought he said he was a botanist Zoe.
Oh I cant keep up, now what did he say. No, I wasn’t paying attention either.
Right, I will take care of this boys and girls. What you’ve got to do, you see a
creature, and you charge into the overgrowth, reveal the beast by destroying
their habitat. Its important to set a trap. Now I’ve got a cabinet that that will go
very finely in boys and girls, but first I have to kill it and stuff it. Zoe in your bag
there’s some nuts. I want you to walk to the bird open up your hand and feed it a
nut.
Captian John Voyage: Don’t get spat on Zoe.
Captian John Voyage: Now while your distracting its beaded eyes, I’m going to
whack it over the head. Here we go… 3… Sounds like quite a lot of spit 2… you
got a handkerchief Zoe… Now…
Captian John Voyage: Zoe. It’s blinded me with a load of spit. Cover it up. That’s
disgusting Zoe. How could you let that happen to me? Your supposed to be
helping
Goggins: I say captain, you should have see the little babies there marvellous. I
say sir, you seem to be covered in some sort of horrible smelly spittle.
Captian John Voyage: It was Zoe’s fault, wasn’t it boys and girls.
Audience: (Improvised) No
Captian John Voyage: Oh Yes it was
Goggins: Oh dear Zoe, dear dear Zoe you really must learn to follow instructions.
Captian John Voyage: That’s right follow instructions Zoe, I had to use my body
as a human shield to protect Zoe from the bird. That’s why I’m covered in spit.
Anyway I’m off to the thunder box to clean up. Out of my way.
Goggins: Never mind Zoe Never mind we all make mistakes, rookie error, never
mind. Isn’t it marvellous out here to be in the wild listening to the beautiful
sounds of nature.
Goggins: Oh dear Zoe never mind, listen I need to go and find my snake trap that
I set earlier, see if we caught a cobra constrictor. I’m gonna give you this, Mr
Business likes to get a little brush down so if you wouldn’t mind, there you are
give him a little brush, there we are. Right I’m gonna go and find my snake trap to
see what we’ve caught.

4. Goggins: How lovely, here we are then Zoe my snake trap, now step back Zoe it
could be dangerous, boys and girls keep your distance please, that’s it. In here is
a highly poisonous snake and I don’t want anyone to get hurt. Right lets have a
look.
Goggins: Nothing in there. I wonder where it could be then, I was sure that it
would have caught one.
Captian John Voyage: ahhhhh, Help me Goggins.
Goggins: Captain.
Goggins. Sir, catch it in the trap sir. Catch it in the trap. What are you doing?
Don’t hit it, its rare.
Captian John Voyage: Ahh

Goggins: No Captain don’t hurt it, its very rare. Get it in the humane trap so we
