2. Dogon Villages The Dogon Village is the most popular place to visit in Mali. The area is populated by about 350,000 people. The Dogon people were on of the few African people who had the most success maintaining their religion.
3. The Granary Tops Granary tops are the basic roof of the mud brick homes in Mali. You need to construct a Granary top you need 12 by 16 feet. It had a grain compartment in each end. Grain was deposited through square ports high under the gables, or sometimes in the roof. A door in the middle of one of the longer sides provided access to a central interior alley between the compartments where grain was removed.

5. In Mali when a woman is on their period it’s considered very unclean, so they have to stay in a Menstruation Home.

7. My Conclusion- In my opinion I don’t think that a mud Dome would survive in Caldwell County because of the weather. The mud domes stay cooler inside so in the winter you will be froze.
