This document describes the process of making a homemade 16-inch cooler stand fan. The objectives are to determine how well it circulates air and cools temperatures, and to compare its cooling ability to an electric fan. Materials used include a dynamo, plywood, battery, switch, and illustration board cut into fan propellers. The researchers assembled the stand, painted it, connected the wiring and battery, and tested that the fan worked properly to circulate air without issues.
