3. Home Remedies For Acne
• Honey and Cinnamon facial mask.
• Lemon juice (For sensitive skin dilute it
with equal amount of water.)
• Cold Green tea

4. Sore throat
• Everybody has gotten a sore throat at least
once in their life.
• This is usually when they are sick.
• Causes:
– Common cold
– Infection of the voice box
– Mononucleosis
– Flu

5. Remedies for Sore Throat
• Gargle salt water
– ½ a teaspoon of salt in a cup of water
• Apple Cider Vinegar
• Marshmallows
– Could be in tea form (with root)
– Regular marshmallows also work

6. Hair loss
• It can be caused by
– Hormones
– Medical conditions
– Certain medications
– Physical or emotional shock

7. Remedies for Hair Loss
• Hair oil massage
– Massage the scalp with oil ( coconut or almond oil,
olive oil, castor oil, amla oil)
– Do this once a week
• Licorice Root
– Add 1 tablespoon of grinded licorice root to a cup of
milk with a quarter of a teaspoon of saffron. Mix.
• Chinese Hibiscus
– Add 10 flowers to two cups of coconut oil.
– Heat the solution until it is charred. Pour the liquid
through a strainer to collect it.
– Apply it before going to bed and wash your hair in the
morning.

8. Fever
• A fever may be caused by any of the
following:
– A virus
– A bacterial infection
– Side effects of drugs
– Vaccines
It is one of your bodies defense mechanisms
so you should not be frightened.

9. Home Remedies for Fever
• Add 1 ½ teaspoons cream of tartar ½ of teaspoons
of lemon juice. ½ teaspoons of honey. Add to 2 ½
cups of warm water. Drink.
• Soak feet into bowl with cold water and ½ a cup
or rubbing alcohol for a few minutes.
• Boil artichokes until soft and eat the bottom part
of the leaves.
• Add one teaspoon of mustard seeds to one cup of
hot water, steep for five minutes, and then drink.
