But now new generation in my community (Taling Chan sub district) don’t know how important of this North Cuisine is, and don’t know how to Preparation Ho Nueng . , too. So, I do this project to conserve and convince new generation of my community (Taling Chan sub district) to know the value of this tradition and conserve it for further generations.
