Han is a very sincere and quiet spoken giant. She gently helps you see the needs for change and is super encouraging to get you excited about the choices you are
making to become healthy. She is very focused on her client and their needs and challenges and works to customize approaches to meet mutual goals. This is a great
asset when dealing with resistant or non-compliant customers. She also helps develop understanding through education. Knowledge motivates! I love her way of ‘boil-
ing down’ technical details into ‘bite sized chunks’, and providing simple cheat sheets to help you quickly understand and apply the sometimes overwhelming aspects
of nutrition. I also, found her relaxed approach to nutrition freeing, versus a very detailed accounting of every item. It’s about making baby steps. I highly recommend
Han and plan to continue our relationship into the future until I have a complete grasp on nutrition and health. She would be an asset to any organization.-August 17,

Han is a pleasure to work with for numerous reasons that all distill down to the tremendous positive energy, creativity and value that she brings to her team and her
clients. She combines excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and cross functional team leadership to not only clearly communicate objectives, goals and
results to her clients but to passionately engage and motivate them. Many times Han was put on the spot with an upset and difficult client and she always rose to the
challenge, was able to use her technical aptitude to literally think on her feet and come up with a mutually beneficial solution that pleased both the client and manage-
ment. Last but not least she always delivers on time and follows through with what she promised.-August 5, 2015, Paul worked with Han at PreDiabetes Centers

As the former Product Manager for PreD University, an online program designed to help people prevent diabetes, I am writingto you in support of Han Ashley, with
whom I had the pleasure of working with for nearly three years. Han was integral to the development of PreD University. Her resourcefulness, immaculate organi-
zation, excellent writing and problem solving skills were invaluable. From scratch, Han designed a 12-week daily lifestyle plan and complex goal-setting program to
be implemented into our online wellness site. She was also responsible for developing, editing and organizing more than 300 diabetes-friendly recipes in less than
a few months... a very difficult task for most, but handled with effortless enthusiasm and aplomb by Han. An example of Han’s resourcefulness: To solve a last-min-
ute merchandise shortage on our ecommerce website, Han negotiated a deal with a few health and kitchen product vendors who immediately began drop-shipping
products for us without a contract. Nothing daunts Han. She is perpetually cheerful, hardworking and follows any task through to completion. Coworkers love her and
the quality of her work is always top notch... that said, it’s Han’s superior interpersonal skills and passion for customer service that truly set her apart. In addition to her
development role with PreD University, Han was simultaneously responsible for retaining and assisting the most difficult patients at PreDiabetes Centers. Patients who
were non-compliant with medical assistants, nurses, doctors and clinical directors would stay in the PreDiabetes Centers program and turn their health around because
of Han’s selfless efforts. Even if it meant calling someone every day (our program was built around 5 yearly visits), Han would go the extra mile to help them exceed.
Han even volunteered to help my father in her spare time. Because of her efforts, he’s 20 pounds lighter and no longer at risk for diabetes for the first time in more
than ten years. I’m not sure how she finds the time to do it, but I’m glad she does what she does. I’m sure she’d make an excellent addition to your team. If you need
more information about the work Han and I developed at PreD University, or her client retention work at PreDiabetes Centers, feel free to call my personal cell at (512)

I have known Han for the last ~20 years. We have both pursued very different career paths, but at heart, we are both educators, and the qualities I have personally
observed in her as a teacher and mentor would serve her well, in any field, but are particularly suited towards her goals to provide healthy and nutritious food options
to a country that truly needs it. When it comes to nutrition and cooking methods, she is extremely knowledgeable, but brings something to the table that is a rare
quality... the food is delicious and it always tastes better than the higher fat/sugar versions. This is especially important to children and communities that are often
resistant to healthy food due to perceptions of taste. She also brings this deep and broad knowledge of food options when she teaches others. She completely engages
the students with her inspiring and professional lectures, and uses teaching methods that are both informative and relevant (e.g. hands-on food preparation by the
students). The materials that she has developed for her students are creative, and tailored specifically to focus on the dietary needs and concerns of the particular class
she is teaching, as are the recipes and formulas she develops. Han is a superiorly talented chef with a passion to make the world a happier, healthier and better place
one meal at time. I’ve had the privilege of seeing the energy, passion and positive-attitude she brings 24/7. I fully and whole-heartedly recommend her as a powerful
educator and a mentor.
