comprehensive services, anytime and anywhere in Singapore
and Thailand and Malaysia (excluding all islands except Penang,
Langkawi and Labuan). All you need to do is call the 24-hour toll
free number to request the following services.
 In the event that the vehicle is immobilised due to an accident or
breakdown, you may contact our 24-hour Volkswagen Premium
Mobility Guarantee (VPMG) hotline*, for immediate assistance.
Should it be deemed possible for VPMG and/or its technicians to
provide minor repairs, VPMG will arrange for such repairs on the
roadside. In the event it is not possible to repair the car on the
site, VPMG shall arrange for the vehicle to be towed. We also
provide more than this programme covers. Just read on to

 * Volkswagen Premium Mobility Guarantee is a service provided
by Volkswagen Group Malaysia through its appointed providers.

15.  Malaysia My Second Home Programme is promoted
by the Malaysian Government to allow foreigners who
fulfil certain criteria: to stay in Malaysia for as long as
possible on a multiple-entry social visit pass. It also
offers a tax-free* vehicle purchase programme to
foreigners who reside in Malaysia.
 Eligibility
 Open to all citizens of all countries recognized by
Malaysia regardless of race, religion, and gender of
age.
 Purchase
 Each participant is allowed to purchase a locally
assembled Volkswagen without the need to pay
import duty, excise duty and sales tax.

17.  The Returning Expert Programme was launched to
facilitate the return of Malaysian professionals from
overseas with the objectives of overcoming the
shortage of professional and technical expertise in the
country.
 Eligibility
 Open to all Malaysian citizens currently employed or
residing overseas for the past 3 years. For internal
transfers within the same group of companies, the
applicant must be based overseas for a minimum of 5
years.
 Purchase
 Participants are allowed to purchase 2 locally
assembled or manufactured CKD (Completely
Knocked Down) Volkswagen, tax-free*.
