The research project deals with the size, structure and trend of Nigerian International seaborne trade, although with
emphasis on dry bulks. Facts and figures about the geographical distribution of the seaborne trade and its cargo type by
packaging were presented for a 10 years research period (1996-2005) with comments on the trend of Nigerian’s
seaborne trade over these years. The researcher was able to analyze these, with the aid of the expo-facto scientific
research design using secondary data for the demand for transport within the various selected regions of the world. The
result reveals that there were most frequent shipping routes between Nigeria-USA region, this was followed by the
Nigeria-Asia region trading with larger volume. And demand for transport is therefore greatest within these regions!

It can also affect countries' diplomacy through restrictions imposed as a result of health issues like polio outbreaks. Resolving land and maritime disputes will be important to avoid conflicts that could undermine global diplomacy. The UN and countries should work together under international law to facilitate equitable sharing of resources as climates change.

The United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea was created to establish international laws and regulations governing the use of the world's oceans and seas. As countries began expanding their influence further from their coasts and exploiting marine resources and environments, the convention set limits on these activities and gave rights to all countries over marine areas. It addressed issues like navigation, economic exclusion zones, deep seabed mining, pollution, marine scientific research, and settlement of disputes. The goal was to help states utilize ocean resources with minimal conflict by implementing consistent laws and conducting negotiations in good faith.

Removing Uninteresting Bytes in Software Fuzzing
Imagine a world where software fuzzing, the process of mutating bytes in test seeds to uncover hidden and erroneous program behaviors, becomes faster and more effective. A lot depends on the initial seeds, which can significantly dictate the trajectory of a fuzzing campaign, particularly in terms of how long it takes to uncover interesting behaviour in your code. We introduce DIAR, a technique designed to speedup fuzzing campaigns by pinpointing and eliminating those uninteresting bytes in the seeds. Picture this: instead of wasting valuable resources on meaningless mutations in large, bloated seeds, DIAR removes the unnecessary bytes, streamlining the entire process.
In this work, we equipped AFL, a popular fuzzer, with DIAR and examined two critical Linux libraries -- Libxml's xmllint, a tool for parsing xml documents, and Binutil's readelf, an essential debugging and security analysis command-line tool used to display detailed information about ELF (Executable and Linkable Format). Our preliminary results show that AFL+DIAR does not only discover new paths more quickly but also achieves higher coverage overall. This work thus showcases how starting with lean and optimized seeds can lead to faster, more comprehensive fuzzing campaigns -- and DIAR helps you find such seeds.

Quality characteristics can be added with sustainability, and then measured continuously. Test environments can be used less, and in smaller scale and on demand. Test techniques can be used in optimizing or minimizing number of tests. Test automation can be used to speed up testing.
