 Previous experience in the private sector working as a Site Agent & Contracts
Manager for both civil Engineering and surfacing divisions.
 Local authority highways experience of 15 years at all levels of operational

 Previously operated in the capacity of 'Northern Operations Manager' for Area
North Highways and Countywide structures / bridges.
 Previously operated in a contractual, client / contractor environment, on the
contracting side of the organisation, working to a fixed highways contract with
service level agreements and contract rates.

65 Highways and Bridges employees.
