Vừa qua, Bộ Tài chính ban hành Quyết định 908/QĐ-BTC hướng dẫn Danh mục hàng hóa rủi ro trong quản lý nhà nước về hải quan. Cụ thể:
- Danh mục 1: Hàng hóa rủi ro về chính sách quản lý chuyên ngành.
- Danh mục 2: Hàng hóa rủi ro về xuất xứ.
- Danh mục 3: Hàng hóa rủi ro về môi trường.
- Danh mục 4: Hàng hóa rủi ro về hàng giả, bảo vệ quyền sở hữu trí tuệ.
- Danh mục 5: Hàng hóa rủi ro về ma túy, tiền chất.
- Danh mục 6: Hàng hóa rủi ro về vũ khí, chất phóng xạ.
- Danh mục 7: Hàng hóa rủi ro về buôn lậu, vận chuyển trái phép qua biên giới.
Danh mục hàng hóa rủi ro được quản lý theo 02 hình thức: văn bản giấy và cơ sở dữ liệu trên hệ thống thông tin quản lý rủi ro (Hệ thống RMS).
Danh mục hàng hóa rủi ro được sử dụng làm nguồn thông tin rủi ro để xây dựng, kiến nghị chế độ, chính sách quản lý đối với hàng hóa xuất nhập khẩu; xem xét, quyết định áp dụng các biện pháp quản lý hải quan.
Quyết định 908/QĐ-BTC có hiệu lực từ ngày 29/4/2016.

Quyết định 908/QĐ-BTC năm 2016 hướng dẫn Danh mục hàng hóa rủi ro trong quản lý nhà nước về hải quan do Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài chính ban hành
Vừa qua, Bộ Tài chính ban hành Quyết định 908/QĐ-BTC hướng dẫn Danh mục hàng hóa rủi ro trong quản lý nhà nước về hải quan. Cụ thể:
- Danh mục 1: Hàng hóa rủi ro về chính sách quản lý chuyên ngành.
- Danh mục 2: Hàng hóa rủi ro về xuất xứ.
- Danh mục 3: Hàng hóa rủi ro về môi trường.
- Danh mục 4: Hàng hóa rủi ro về hàng giả, bảo vệ quyền sở hữu trí tuệ.
- Danh mục 5: Hàng hóa rủi ro về ma túy, tiền chất.
- Danh mục 6: Hàng hóa rủi ro về vũ khí, chất phóng xạ.
- Danh mục 7: Hàng hóa rủi ro về buôn lậu, vận chuyển trái phép qua biên giới.
Danh mục hàng hóa rủi ro được quản lý theo 02 hình thức: văn bản giấy và cơ sở dữ liệu trên hệ thống thông tin quản lý rủi ro (Hệ thống RMS).
Danh mục hàng hóa rủi ro được sử dụng làm nguồn thông tin rủi ro để xây dựng, kiến nghị chế độ, chính sách quản lý đối với hàng hóa xuất nhập khẩu; xem xét, quyết định áp dụng các biện pháp quản lý hải quan.
Quyết định 908/QĐ-BTC có hiệu lực từ ngày 29/4/2016.
