- Ref to reputation survey – quality - high; timeliness - too slow; consistency – but depends on cases made by parties; portal – more functionality
- Here’s the evidence its working. Timetable is now pretty reliable. From start of examination to decision 1 year Acceptance has been under 28 days in every case Examination has been 6 months in every case. One exception on decision; risk of JR – only means of appeal – is there, but only in ¼ cases Sizewell B 4.5 years to consent Inquiry - 2 years, 3 months Hinkley Point C 17 months to consent 13 days of hearings
