3. ► On November 26, 1975, the agreement for the founding of the Hellenic
Aerospace Industry was signed between the Greek State and the five contracted
US legal entities: Lockheed Aircraft International, General Electric, Lockheed
Aircraft Service, Westinghouse and Austin.

• Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) for C-130 aircraft of
Egyptian Air Force (EAF), Royal Morocco Air Force (RMAF), Kuwait
Air Force, etc.
• On-site technical assistance for Grand Visite of Royal Jordanian Air
Force Mirage F1 aircraft.
• Support of M53 engine for Mirage 2000.
• Maintenance of Τ56 engine for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) C-
130 fleet.
• Consulting services to Royal Air Force of Oman.

• Cooperation Framework Agreement with the UAE company
AMMROC.
• Participation as shareholders with ArabSat in the Hellas-Sat
Consortium.
• Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) for CL-415 fire fighting
aircraft of RMAF.
• Training Programs for the Armed Forces of several Arab countries.

• Enhance and upgrade existing capabilities through strategic alliances
aiming to extend aerospace services in new fields and a broader

Higher National Diploma (HND) and/or a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in
aviation mechanics specialties.
