My Diet
 Breakfast: two eggs, two pieces of butter toast, glass of milk and a fruit
 Lunch: dinner leftovers, bottle of water, two cookies, fruit
 Dinner: whatever my mom makes, salad, or vegetable, glass of milk
 Snacks: fruit, cookies, microwavable pizzas, homemade pizzas,
microwavable food, air popped popcorn
How to Improve
 I could avoid the unhealthy and microwavable foods but other than that I
eat very well
Healthy Lunches
 Make your lunches the day before
 Bring fruit and vegetables
 Eat healthy leftover dinners
 Don’t bring store bought lunches
Difficulties of Eating Healthy
 Eating healthy is very hard with a busy life style in our society because it is
very time consuming and much more expensive than eating unhealthy
Media Effects
 The media does not really change the way I feel about myself
 I avoid celebrity media which effects many people because I do not
understand why many people are famous for doing nothing
 I do not care what the media thinks of me
Reducing Stress
 I can reduce stress in my life by not putting as much pressure on myself to
do good in school and other activities
My Stress
 The only times I feel real stress is when I'm behind in a course or about to
take a test
Physical Activity
 I enjoy many sports in all seasons.
 In the summer I bike and do many different sports
 In winter I ski as much as possible and snow mobile

 Is my life balanced?
 Yes my life is balanced I get plenty of exercise, I eat healthy, and I don’t
