Breakfast: Rice based
cereal
Lunch: Fruit, granola bar,
and a sandwich (either meat
or jam)
Dinner: Chicken/Turkey/
Pork with rice/pasta and
vegetables
Other Food: Ice cream
and/or blueberries
3. How I can Improve This
1. Avoiding daily ice cream would undoubtedly be a good first
step to improving my diet.
2. I could also eat more vegetables than I do. Also, I drink a lot of
juice, and could drink less of that.
4. Healthier Lunches
• Pre-making lunches before school will give me
time to build a healthy and balanced lunch
• Including more vegetables would be a welcome
improvement on my lunches
5. Difficulties of Healthy Eating
• Time consumption
• Time availability
• Prioritizing healthy choices
6. Media’s Effect on How I Feel About Myself:
• Media has little effect on how I feel about
myself because I avoid most normal media
exposure
• I use alternative media which does not have the
same pressures as normal media
• I do not care all that much about what media
“thinks” of me
7. Reducing Stress
• My stress is primarily self imposed
• I hold myself to high standards in many area’s
and do not wish to lower them
• Learning to better cope with stress would be
more productive
8. Analyze Stress
• I feel stress primarily from school, but also from
sport, competition, and the production of
publishable writing
• For the most part, I enjoy these activities even
with the stress
• These activities prepare me for future
competition
9. Physical Activity
• Skiing, Cross Country Skiing, Water Skiing
• Intense activity, and frequent activity
• Large off season with little activity
