• Fried Noodle (wheat noodle, shrimp
,broccoli, corn, chicken, carrots, onions,
mushrooms)
Dinner
• vegetable rice
• tomato and egg,fish
ball soup
Desserts and Snacks
• banana cake
• fruit yogurt
• strawberry jam cake
Fruit
• blueberry
• orange
Snack
• Fruit yogurt meterial:
yogurt, blueberries and
strawberries
• First ,we prepare a glass
of yogurt,and then we
add a little starwberries
and blueberries in it.
• Second, you mix it all up
together and you get your
healthy snack.
