- 1. Health and Safety Recce: Locations and planned day of shoot Our planned locations will be in a family home in Ruislip. Inside and outside. What equipment will be taken? Who will be present? What props are required? All members of pear productions will be present. Our actors will be present. We will be taking a camera and tripod from the school. our props will be a pear, flashlight, knife, phone, and various parts of costume. What are the potential hazards associated with the location? The potential hazards associated with the location are that we will be using a knife and also the fact that we will be using dim and low key lighting so we have to be careful when using these materials. Is there water at the location (pond, swimming pool, waterfall)? How will this be planned for? There is water at the location, however it is not going to be near the equipment or the actors or crew, meaning there is virtually no risk of electrocution or drowning. What are the risks associated with the general public? How will these be dealt with? There is not too much of a risk associated with the general public when we are filming, however by using a house on a public road some disturbances would be having to keep going outside with the camera and there may be some noise, these can be controlled by making sure
- 2. not too much noise and sound is made when travelling in and outside the house. How will the equipment be stored during the shoot? The equipment we will be using, being the camera and tripod will be looked after by the school until we need to use it and when using it it will be looked after by Luis Grifo. The costumes will be looked after by Nicole and the props will be looked after by conor. How will the equipment be stored after the shoot/overnight?
